Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal applicant will have experience handling personal injury litigation and will have a passion for helping injured clients through a difficult period in their lives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a self-starter and is looking to grow their career in a reputable law firm.

Duties:
  • Handle a personal injury litigation from signing the client through resolution of the case
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
  • Assist with case management and preparation for hearings and trials
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal proceedings
  • Attend court hearings and depositions as necessary
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Experience:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • At least 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation
  • Admission to practice law in Tennessee (other states a bonus)
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
