Overview:
Family law associate needed for partner support and direct client assistance.

Duties:
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
  • Assist clients in negotiations, discovery process, and court proceedings.
  • Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with court and discovery deadlines.
  • Provide clients with updates and accurate, practical guidance on legal rights and obligations.
  • Assist in the development of case strategies.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and analysis.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed to practice law in Alabama
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and writing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, opposing counsel, and judges
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a legal setting helpful but not required.
