DM Cantor is hiring a full-time Criminal Defense Attorney to handle a variety of felony and misdemeanor cases. Whether you come from a background as a private practitioner, public defender, or prosecutor — or you're an out-of-state litigator with trial chops — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Receive:
  • Starting Compensation: From $175,000/year — or more, depending on experience
  • Bonus Structure: Average $12,000/year bonus + 20% of fees from personal referrals

What We're Looking For:
  • Arizona criminal law experience preferred (but not required)
  • Licensed attorney with courtroom readiness
  • Strong jury trial, oral advocacy, and legal writing skills
  • High level of preparation, professionalism, and resilience
  • No remote work – this is an in-office, litigation-first role
  • Cover letter required with resume submission

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $175,000/year + bonuses and referral compensation
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: In person, downtown Phoenix
