Thompson Coburn is seeking a Law Clerk to join its Birmingham office for the month of June. This position is ideal for 1L or 2L law students interested in Higher Education Litigation. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional academic achievement, possess excellent analytical and writing skills, and have the ability to function both independently and within a team. In this role, you will assist in legal research, draft motions and briefs, and support attorneys in the preparation and management of litigation cases. This position will begin in June 2025, and require 40 hours of work per week.
