Bryson Law Firm, LLC is currently looking for an Associate Attorney to join our Team!

Bryson Law Firm is a boutique Tax Resolution Law Firm based out of the Lafayette, Louisiana area. With offices Statewide in Louisiana and Texas and remote opportunities nationwide, this position is a great fit for any licensed Attorney looking for a non-litigation position.

In this position, you'll represent both individuals and businesses in resolving their federal and state tax issues in with outstanding tax balances owed, audits, and more. You'll work along side our team of Case Managers (this is our office equivalent of a Paralegal), IRS Enrolled Agents, our other Associates, and Managing Attorneys to develop and implement effective Tax Resolution strategies—while guiding clients through one of the most stressful financial challenges they'll ever face.

What You'll Do:
  • Analyze client files to identify the best path to resolution
  • Communicate directly with taxing authorities on behalf of clients
  • Lead strategy discussions in client-facing Case Solutions Meetings
  • Maintain consistent, clear communication with clients throughout the process
  • Monitor progress and drive timely case resolution
  • Review IRS/state correspondence and draft appropriate responses
  • Work with a skilled team of professionals to deliver high-quality results

What We're Looking For:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active law license

Experience:
  • 3–5 years of legal practice with direct client interaction
  • Experience in tax resolution is a plus

Skills & Qualities:
  • Client-first mindset and strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office systems
