Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a dynamic Am 200 full-service law firm of more than 300 attorneys with 15 offices that are located across New York State, as well as in Boston, Kansas City, FL and NJ, is seeking Labor & Employment Associates to join our Buffalo, NY and New York, NY offices.

The ideal candidate will have experience in traditional labor law and employment law.

Locations Hiring: Buffalo, NY and New York, NY

Buffalo, NY Office: The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of labor and employment law, litigation, or other relevant experience
NYC Office: The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of labor and employment law, litigation, or other relevant experience

Skills and Educational Requirements:
  • Current NY Bar admission
  • J.D. degree from accredited law school
  • Strong writing skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and promptly respond to clients' needs
  • Strong organizational, time management and project management skills
  • Committed to legal profession and teamwork approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Buffalo, NY salary range: $110,00 - $150,000
  • New York, NY salary range: $140,000 - $190,000

This represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's years of experience, qualifications, skill set and office location.
