Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Attorney to join our Greenville, SC office. This role involves managing closing files and conducting real estate closings in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. While experience in real estate law is preferred, it is not required, as we are committed to training the right candidate. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a well-established firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage real estate closing files from initiation to completion.
  • Conduct real estate closings with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and review legal documents associated with real estate transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with applicable laws, regulations, and firm standards.
  • Qualifications and Characteristics:
  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensure: Must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
  • Experience: Prior experience in real estate law is preferred but not mandatory.
