Kirkland & Ellis is seeking junior associates (1st – 4th year) with experience in environmental regulatory law for their New York, Washington, D.C., Houston, Dallas, San Francisco, and Salt Lake City offices for the Environmental Practice Group. The role requires knowledge of a wide range of environmental regulations, including environmental regulatory compliance and enforcement. The ideal candidate also has knowledge of environmental liabilities as they relate to restructuring cases and/or experience with environmental litigation. Will also consider candidates with experience in administrative law and/or restructuring, and with a strong interest in environmental law. Strong academic qualifications and a law school transcript are required.

Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Kirkland & Ellis LLP itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $225,000 and $310,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
