Responsibilities:

In this full-time remote role, you'll be the beacon of hope for clients, wielding your legal expertise with creative flair:
  • Justice Architect: Craft compelling legal strategies and provide incisive advice on, elder abuse, and neglect cases.
  • Research Virtuoso: Dive deep into legal precedents and data, turning complex issues into clear, actionable insights.
  • Negotiation Ninja: Engage in high-stakes negotiations, ensuring clients receive the justice and compensation they deserve.

Qualifications:
The Credentials of a True Legal Hero
To join our ranks, you'll need:
  • Expertise in Healthcare Law: A strong foundation in healthcare law, personal injury, or medical malpractice.
  • License to Practice Law: A current license to practice law in Texas, Georgia, or California
  • Battle-Tested Experience: 2-5 years of litigation experience where you've demonstrated your legal mettle.
  • Skilled Negotiator & Researcher: Proven ability to offer top-notch legal advice and conduct thorough, insightful research.
  • Articulate Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to transform complex legalese into powerful narratives.
  • Heart of Gold: Genuine empathy and compassion for clients who depend on us for justice.
  • Educational Arsenal: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Compensation:
$90,000 - $120,000 yearly
