Qualifications:
We seek a highly-motivated business Attorney with strong writing, oral communication and analytical skills, and a passion for client service. The Attorney will advise regarding business sale transactions, including the tax consequences of those transactions and may advise regarding real estate sale and other transactions, including the tax consequences of those transactions. Qualified candidates will have two or more years' experience in providing transactional tax services with a law firm or public accounting firm. Attorneys lacking that experience, but have an accounting degree, CPA and/or LLM also will be considered.
