Qualifications:
We seek a highly-motivated Attorney with strong writing, oral communication and analytical skills, and a passion for client service. Qualified candidates will have three to six years of experience in commercial and business litigation matters such as breach of contract, shareholder disputes, real estate and construction, fiduciary litigation, creditors' rights and internal investigations and will have familiarity with e-discovery.
