Thompson Coburn LLP is seeking an attorney with 1-2 years of experience to join our Public Finance practice group in our St. Louis, Missouri office. The ideal candidate will have prior general corporate and/or real estate transactional experience. Prior experience working with state and local governments, underwriters and banks in connection with public finance transactions is beneficial, but not necessary for the position. Recent law school graduates with an interest in public finance are also encouraged to apply. Candidates must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong written and oral communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and be able to handle multiple matters at one time. Candidates should be licensed to practice in Missouri.
