The US Technology and Transactions practice of Mayer Brown LLP is seeking a mid-level associate with 3 to 5 years of experience for the firm's Chicago office.
Ideal candidates should have strong law school academic credentials together with relevant and sophisticated law firm experience in data, digital services, outsourcing and software transactions, (including for example SaaS and other cloud subscriptions, AI and data analytics, ITO/BPO managed services, digital collaborations, and software license, development and implementation agreements) practice represents leading companies and financial institutions in high-value technology contracts and initiatives, is a global leader, and has top rankings from, among others, Chambers and Legal 500.
The salary for this position for the class of 2020 to 2022 is $260,000-$365,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate's skills and experience level are different from those specified below.
