Benefits and Hours
The Salary Is $115,000-$135,000/year Depending on Experience. We Offer 11 Paid Federal Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vacation, and Matching 401 K Benefits. This Position Is Full-Time (in the Office at Least 4 Days a Week), Monday Through Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm.

Position Responsibilities:
You Will Oversee the Work of Paralegals and Case Manager(s); Help Onboard New Clients Through Legal Strategy Meetings; Review Applications, Provide Feedback, and Hold Paralegals to High Standards; Give Accurate and Consistent Legal Advice; Strongly Represent Clients in Removal Defense and Uscis Hearings/interviews; Adhere and Contribute to Firm Policies and Procedures; Hit Your Weekly and Monthly Goals; Be on Top of Changing Immigration Laws; and Work with A Team of Case Managers, Paralegals, and Other Attorneys to File and Win Cases. You Will Work with Our Sales and Marketing Team to Help Conduct Initial Consultations (approx.15-20 Consultations per Week in English and Spanish).

In Addition, You Must:
  • Speak, Read, and Write Fluently and Professionally in Both English and Spanish.
  • Be Licensed to Practice Law and Be in Good Standing with Your State Bar.
  • Have at Least 5 Years of Immigration Attorney Experience with Demonstrated Mastery in Each of The Following Immigration Processes: (1) Asylum, Withholding of Removal, and Relief Under the Convention Against Torture, (2) Cancellation of Removal (eoir-42 a And Eoir-42 B), (3) U-Visas, (4) Green Cards Adjustment of Status, (5) Consular Processing, (6) Naturalization, (7) Daca, (8) Ea Ds, (9) Advanced Parole Requests, and (10) I-751s.
  • Know how To Manage a Team of Paralegals/case Managers Effectively.
  • Have Experience Bringing in Business for An Immigration Law Firm
  • Have Excellent Writing Skills, Both in The Mechanics of Writing and The Ability to Compose Compelling Narratives and Arguments.
  • Feel Very Comfortable Using Microsoft Office (outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Etc.). You Are Technologically Savvy, Able to Learn New Software Quickly and Troubleshoot on Your Own.
  • Be Obsessed with The Details. You're a Bit of A Perfectionist and Spot Inconsistencies Quickly. (you Also Know how To Relax and Have Fun, Though!)
  • For Court Work or Interviews, You Love the Adrenaline of Fighting for Clients and Thinking on Your Toes.
