Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP, a global Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a junior and a mid-level litigation associate to work with the Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation Team.

This position is based in our Silicon Valley office (located in Menlo Park) or in San Francisco, with preference for Silicon Valley. There are two openings (one junior associate and one mid-level associate)

Our Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation Team includes some of the most successful trial attorneys in the country in disputes over private wealth, most notably involving trusts, decedents' estates and conservatorships or adult guardianships. Our Private Wealth and Fiduciary litigators represent clients in cases involving claims of breach of fiduciary duty, fiduciary misconduct and fraud, misfeasance and malfeasance in estate administration, investment mismanagement, financial elder abuse, and will and trust contests.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a specialized practice area which will provide the associate with:

  • A very heavy trial practice

The Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of litigation experience
  • Trusts and estates litigation experience, or exposure to issues involving trusts, decedents' estates and conservatorships or adult guardianships, is helpful but not required
  • Admitted to the California State Bar

The salary range for this position is $235,000 - 390,000.
