We are seeking a motivated litigation attorney to assist with litigation, pretrial and trials in state and federal court on a temporary and as needed basis.

Duties:
  • Assist in all aspects of litigation, legal research, draft legal memos and motions.
  • Provide assistance with trial preparation, including trial memo, motions in limine, jury voire dire, jury instructions, documents and exhibits.
  • Assist with witnesses, exhibit handling and some witness examination during trial.

Requirements:
  • Admission to Connecticut and U.S. District Court in Connecticut.
  • Previous experience a plus.
  • Contract work as needed, no employment.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $75.00 - $200.00 per hour
