Foster Garvey is seeking an entrepreneurial Hospitality Associate to help expand our nationally recognized Hospitality, Travel & Tourism practice. In this position, you will advise clients on various operational matters, including marketing, distribution, privacy/data security, and procurement, with a heavy emphasis on IT/IS agreements. In this role, you will work closely with Greg Duff (https://www.foster.com/people-greg-duff), who is the practice chair.

Clients served by Foster Garvey's Hospitality, Travel & Tourism group include local, national, and international hotels and resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, travel agencies, and restaurants.

Job Requirements:
The successful candidate(s) will have:
  • 5 to 8 years of commercial transaction experience required
  • Experience in the areas of marketing, distribution, and procurement within the lodging or travel industries
  • Knowledge of IP/privacy and data security strongly preferred
  • Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
  • A client-oriented approach to practice
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, including with legal support staff, and
  • License to practice law in Washington (or the ability to waive into practice in WA)

Salary Range:
The annualized salary range for this position is $205,000 to $250,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate's education, training, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
