Workers' Compensation Defense Partner – Fully Remote (Florida)
Kelley Kronenberg, a premier national law firm, is seeking a highly skilled and driven Workers' Compensation Defense Partner to join our expanding team. This fully remote role is open to attorneys anywhere in Florida, offering an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned leader to shape the direction of our workers' compensation defense practice while maintaining the flexibility of remote work. We are looking for a strategic thinker and skilled litigator who can manage a robust caseload, mentor associates, and contribute to the continued success and growth of the firm.

As a Partner in our Workers' Compensation Defense team, you will play a pivotal role in developing case strategies, advocating for our clients, and leading business development efforts. This is a high-impact position for an accomplished attorney with 5+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. You will have the autonomy to drive results, work collaboratively with a team of top-tier attorneys, and help shape the future of workers' compensation litigation at Kelley Kronenberg.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a full caseload of complex workers' compensation defense cases, ensuring strategic and cost-effective resolutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert legal counsel while fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Mentor and guide junior attorneys, sharing insights and best practices to strengthen our team.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes to provide proactive and informed guidance.
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and dispute resolution proceedings with confidence and professionalism.
  • Engage in business development initiatives, expanding the firm's reach and reputation in the workers' compensation defense arena.

Requirements:
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • 5+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense litigation.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing talent.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team in a remote environment.
  • Exceptional litigation, negotiation, and client management skills.
