Zaner Law, a plaintiff's personal injury trial law firm with a national reputation seeks a driven associate attorney to work with Kurt Zaner and Sarah McEahern on the firm's most high-profile, complex cases. The opportunity is to work directly with both partners and receive substantial mentorship while handling all aspects of personal injury cases, from pre-litigation through trial. This position will have the potential to grow into a role of handling the attorney's own cases as the firm grows.Interested candidates must (1) be willing to work hard to be the best, (2) have a genuine interest in being a great trial lawyer, (3) be a great writer, and (4) actually want to represent injured people against insurance companies. 3-6 years of experience in personal injury litigation is preferred, as the attorney will be assisting with active caseloads from day one. Candidates with excellent credentials that exhibit a strong desire to practice plaintiff's personal injury law will also be considered.Full benefits and competitive pay. Salary range: $95k-$160k (depending on experience), plus bonus potential based on performance.

Vacation: Prorated depending on start date. In succeeding years, you will receive 15 days of time off per year.

Sick Time: 48 hours per year, which is accrued one hour for every 30 hours worked.

Paid Holidays: Pursuant to the firm's holiday schedule.
