For the New York office. We are seeking a class of 2018-2021 associate with employee benefits/ERISA experience to join our highly collaborative Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation group. Our team has experience in designing, developing, and helping their clients implement their benefits and compensation programs, ranging from equity and performance-based compensation to tax-qualified retirement plans and broad-based ERISA welfare plans. In addition, our practice is top ranked across industry publications, including Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 US.

Salary is $225,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.

We are looking for:
  • Experience in all aspects of employee benefits/ERISA, including but not limited to, ERISA's fiduciary rules
  • Executive compensation in the context of both advisory work and M&A transactions
  • Large law firm experience strongly preferred
