• Drafting contracts, legal due diligence, managing closing process, negotiating with counterparties.
• Meeting in person with clients.
• Drafting documentation for capital raising.
• Effectively communicate using legal software. Legal Team interaction.
• Have excellent client care skills.
• Collaborate with clients to offer guidance and efficient solutions
• Communicate with clients and other attorneys
• Work with firm attorneys as a team

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, 1- or 2-year attorneys also.
• Must have an active law license in North Carolina.
• Independent, self-starting, and self-motivated.
• Superior written/verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team environment are a must.
• Microsoft Office 365 skills with Teams, OneDrive, XL
• Exceptional organization skills.
• Proven ability to meet stringent deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and balance multiple tasks while operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Effectively present information and respond to questions or challenges both in writing and in person.
• Estate planning experience is a plus.
• M&A experience is a plus.
