Preferred Experience: At least 2+ years of IP Litigation experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm and a technical background (engineering, computer science, etc.).
Supervisory Responsibilities: Indirect – actively utilizes support staff or junior associates when appropriate.
Physical Activity: The employee will be required to sit (or utilize a standing desk) for prolonged periods and work on a computer
Travel Required: Less than 10%

Salary Range: Ranges are fluid depending on experience, areas of expertise, licenses, etc.
- Chicago, IL: $200,000-$400,000
- New York, NY: $200,000-$400,000
