We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our legal team in Savannah, GA. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for assisting with legal matters, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Georgia State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience working in a law firm or legal setting is preferred

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal research on various legal issues
  • Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and contracts
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters
  • Assist senior attorneys with case management and preparation
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in the law and legal developments relevant to the practice area
