About the role:
We have immediate openings for Pre-Litigation Attorneys to join our team. This role focuses exclusively on motor vehicle liability (MVA) and automobile accident cases, representing plaintiff clients in Metro Detroit and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all aspects of pre-litigation work for automotive personal injury cases
  • Guide clients through the case process with a client-focused approach
  • Draft and file pre-litigation documents
  • Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation
  • Ensure compliance and efficiency within the pre-litigation paralegal team
  • Conduct EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements
  • Complete and approve cases transitioning to litigation

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Active member in good standing with the Michigan Bar
  • 2+ years of pre-litigation experience
  • Confident, proactive, and results-driven approach
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to handle a high-volume caseload effectively
  • Exceptional oral advocacy and legal writing skills
  • This role reports to the Managing Attorney of the Pre-Litigation Department.

  • Competitive Salary $85,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience)
