The Labor and employment team in San Francisco has grown to over 30 attorneys, and this job is a dedicated position for particular type of work.

Your role and impact:
We are seeking an Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in litigation to support our growing work in the gig economy, working on the cutting edge of employment-adjacent personal injury cases, particularly focusing on a major ride-share technology client. Strong candidates should also have litigation experience in areas of insurance defense and negligence loss. This role involves:
  • Running cases
  • Engaging in sophisticated litigation processes
  • Conducting detailed research and writing
  • Crafting and arguing motions
  • Managing complex fact investigations and analysis
  • Taking and defending depositions

Who You Are:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Strong litigation skills
  • A knack for detailed research and writing
  • Experience in managing complex legal investigations
  • Proficiency in depositions
  • A strong academic background, excellent grades, and admission to the California Bar are required.

The annual salary range for this position is $200,000 – $275,000.
