We are seeking a class of 2020-2022 transactional tax associate to join our Global Tax group. Our Tax team is dedicated to providing inventive tax solutions that meet the challenges and objectives of our clients' most sophisticated business dealings around the globe, from corporate transactions and restructurings, to financial transactions and fund formation and investing. Our practice is also top ranked across industry publications, including Chambers, The Legal 500 and U.S News.

Salary is $225,000+ commensurate with class year and experience.

We are looking for:
  • Experience in transactional tax work
  • M&A, private equity transactions and cross border planning experience required
  • Law firm experience required, preferably at a large firm
