We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advocacy. This role involves managing a diverse caseload, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings, including hearings, trials, and negotiations.
  • Prepare and draft pleadings, contracts, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and advice on case progress.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure high-quality legal services.
  • Meet deadlines and adhere to court schedules.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the Missouri Bar.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred (new graduates with strong credentials are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Commitment to professionalism, ethical practices, and client service.
