Wiggin and Dana LLP is seeking a Corporate Associate or Counsel for our New York, Stamford or New Haven office locations. Qualified candidates will have at least 7 years of law firm experience drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents. Experience with either M&A or Venture Capital is crucial.

The target base pay range for this role in New York and Connecticut is $190,000-$227,500 and is dependent on experience and other relevant factors.
