Briskin, Cross & Sanford, LLC seeks an experienced Associate Attorney (Business Litigation) to join our team and support our firm's Business and Litigation practice. We are a dynamic and growing boutique corporate, transactional, litigation, real estate, and intellectual property law firm on the third floor of the Liberty Hall Building in the bustling heart of vibrant, walkable downtown Alpharetta, Georgia.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, including substantial trial work in at least moderately complex civil litigation, proven experience in litigating in a team environment, a desire to establish strong ties in the community, and a desire to develop new business and new business opportunities.

Breach of contract
Restrictive covenants
Member/Shareholder disputes
Breach of fiduciary duty
Intellectual property disputes
Asset purchase and merger disputes
Trade Secret disputes
Fraud or misrepresentation
Director or officer liability
Real Estate contract litigation
Employment Litigation
Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) Defense
Commercial Landlord/Tenant disputes
Requirements:
3-5 years of Business Litigation experience
Demonstrate a service-oriented work ethic and ability to engage with clients
Have a strong background in writing, editing, and critical thinking
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple transactions
Demonstrate patience and poise in high-stress situations
Flexible, trustworthy, team-focused, and eager to learn
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
