We are looking to hire a litigation attorney with bench trial experience. We are an established law firm that handles Plaintiff's foreclosure actions throughout the state. The office is located in Deerfield Beach and offers competitive pay and benefits. The ideal candidate should have a background in foreclosure law, but other relevant legal experience will be considered.

Essential Functions:
  • Efficiently manage cases in a volume practice.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, orders and subpoenas.
  • Regularly handle court appearances, depositions, mediations and trials.
  • Prepare cases for trial, attend bench trials either remotely or in-person.
  • Be willing to travel as needed.

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited law school
  • Florida Bar Member in good standing
  • Litigation Experience

Work Location: One location

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
