We are a quickly growing law firm seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney who is fluent or professionally proficient in both English and Spanish to join our team. This role requires someone with strong legal knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a variety of family law matters including divorce, custody, child/spousal support, and restraining orders
  • Represent clients in court, at mediation, and in negotiations
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients in both English and Spanish
  • Manage case files and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion at all times

Qualifications:
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia State Bar
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience practicing family law
  • Fluent or Professional Proficiency in Spanish and English or (written and spoken)
  • Strong litigation and negotiation skills
  • Able to manage a full caseload with attention to detail and organization
