Medical Malpractice Attorney

Description:

• The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience handling Medical Malpractice, and Nursing Home Abuse in Florida.
• The candidate must be aggressive, detailed, dedicated, and hard-working.
• Candidates must possess determination, competitiveness, decisiveness, and an ambition to thrive for success.
• The candidate must have 1st chair trial experience and a good grasp of the Florida Evidence Code and the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
• The candidate must have experience with depositions, and hearings, helping prepare and present PowerPoint presentations at mediations, and participate in trials and arbitrations.
• Juris Doctorate and Florida Bar Admission in good standing.

• The base/draw pay range is $200,000 per year. The commission depends on case results and candidate team play. The commission structure will be discussed during the interview. The candidate has the potential to make over $400, 000 but it will take hard work, dedication, and perseverance.
• $100,000.00 life insurance policy paid by the Firm.
• One week vacation after six months of employment.
• Two weeks of vacation after one year of employment, and three weeks of vacation after two years of employment with the firm.
