We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our dynamic and growing legal team. The ideal candidate will possess experience the following practice areas: probate law, estate planning, real estate law, and business law. This is a great opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to build their career in a supportive and client-focused environment. Pay starting at $40.00 per hour will be based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and represent clients in legal proceedings, draft legal documents, and advise on legal transactions.
  • Handle probate and estate administration matters from start to finish.
  • Develop estate plans tailored to client needs, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Assist clients with real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and closing documents.
  • Conduct legal research and stay up to date with developments in relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure high-quality service and efficient case management.

Qualifications:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • Legal experience in one or more of the following areas: probate, estate planning, real estate, or business law.
  • Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and effective legal representation.
