Drumm Law is hiring a full-time franchise lawyer to join our team.

Must Have at Least 4 (but Ideally Between 5 to 10) Years of Experience Working with Franchisors.

Must Be Able to Practice Fairly Independently.

We Expect This Person to Be Ready out Of the Gate and Not Require Much Training. the Ideal Candidate Would Have a Background in Franchise Disputes and Relationships and Be Able to Offer Franchisors Strategic Advice when Dealing with Problematic Franchisees as Well as Being Able to Draft Notices of Default, Amendments, Settlement Agreements, Etc.

Accountability, Same-Day Responsiveness, and A Strong Work Ethic Are a Must! We Are 100% Virtual with Attorneys and Staff Located Across the Country. Candidate Can Be Located Anywhere in The United States. Candidate Must Be Available and Working During Regular Business Hours (9am to 5pm or Some Close Variation Thereof) Each Week. We Expect Same-Day Responsiveness to Our Team and Our Clients.

The Successful Candidate Will Have a Sense of Humor, the Ability to Adapt, the Willingness to Pitch in On Whatever, and Full Responsibility for Taking Projects to Quality Completion with Little Oversight.

Qualifications:
  • J.D. Degree and A Valid Bar License.
  • 4+ Years of Franchise Law Experience (litigation or Transactional).
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Sense of Humor, Ability to Adapt, Willingness to Pitch in On Various Tasks, and A Strong Work Ethic.
  • Good at Communicating with Clients and Managing Their Expectations Around Budget, Timing, Scope, Status Updates, and Results from Day 1.
