Description:

Holder, Padgett, Littlejohn + Prickett, LLC seeks an associate attorney to join its growing construction and real estate litigation practice in its Greenville, SC office. The attorney will be expected to prepare legal documents including, without limitation, memoranda, correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, orders, and settlement agreements.

Position is full-time. Competitive salary dependent on experience with full benefits package including 401(k) with company match, health, dental, vision and life insurance.

Job Requirements:
  • Currently licensed to practice in South Carolina
  • 3 years' experience or judicial clerkship experience
  • Experience in SC state courts
  • Must have excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Exceptional research, analytical and writing skills are required
  • Self-Motivated individual with strong character and work ethic
