Litigation Attorney
We Are Seeking a Litigation Attorney with A Minimum of Three Years of Experience in Civil Litigation. Experience in Both Federal and State Court Is a Plus. a Successful Candidate Will Be Team Oriented, Have Excellent Organizational Skills, and Have Experience Handling: Mediations, Depositions, Discovery, Interviewing Witnesses, Legal Research and Writing, Drafting and Arguing a Variety of Motion, Making Court Appearances, and Preparing for And Participating in Trials. the Position Manages a Robust Caseload and Works Directly with Clients and Senior Attorneys.
