```Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal research using Westlaw to support ongoing cases
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Assist with case management and preparation for litigation
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
  • Attend court hearings and depositions as needed
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files

Experience:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law in Florida and its federal courts
  • 2+ years of experience in a law firm or similar legal setting
  • Strong knowledge of legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
  • Ability to litigate cases effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
