Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child and spousal support.
  • Manage and litigate cases from intake through resolution, including trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
  • Deliver clear, empathetic, and strategic counsel to clients navigating sensitive legal issues.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, parenting plans, settlement agreements, and discovery materials.
  • Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations with precision and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with seasoned attorneys and mentors to further develop your skills and expand your practice.
  • Contribute to business development and networking initiatives to grow your caseload.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Washington attorney with 3-5 years of family law litigation experience.
  • Skilled in case strategy, courtroom advocacy, and high-stakes negotiation.
  • Highly organized and methodical—able to manage multiple cases without compromising quality.
  • Proactive, self-disciplined, and accurate in your work, with a calm, focused response under pressure.
  • Strong communicator with excellent writing skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Motivated by ethical practice, professional growth, and delivering high-quality service.

Compensation:
$90,000 - $120,000

  • 401(k) after the 1st year
  • 10 days' vacation per year
  • 2 personal days per year
  • Paid sick leave consistent with Washington law
