Sneed & Mitchell LLP is looking for a contract attorney to aid presenting clients in depositions and advancing insurance claims towards closure. No prior experience needed. We have an immediate need for new associates and provide all of the training necessary to be successful in this position.

This position largely includes the following:
  • Review, analyze and summarize claims documents including medical records, incident reports, and employment files for filings
  • Prepare and present clients for their depositions
  • Draft post-deposition summaries
  • Treat clients with concern, compassion, and understanding for their circumstance.

Location: Must reside in Texas. Our firm is based in Texas, we are currently in the process of growing our presence across Texas. This position is remote, but could require travel at times.

Required Qualifications:
  • State bar license (any state will suffice).
  • Recent graduate of an accredited law school (0-1 years).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong legal writing capabilities.
  • Provide weekly case updates.
  • Ensure Client matters are actively moving forward

Hiring Timeline: Interviews will be conducted now and on a rolling basis until the positions are filled.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, the workday starts at at 8:00 and ends at 5:00pm. No weekends or after-hours required.
