JT Legal Group, APC is seeking a civil litigation attorney.

JT Legal Group, APC is a plaintiffs' personal injury law firm with a civil litigation arm.

We are looking for a civil litigator to prosecute cases in state and federal court with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.

We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

The attorney's primary role will be to litigate from inception through trial.

Expect to have a full time equivalent of one legal secretary / paralegal to help you.

Duties include:
  • drafting and reviewing complaints
  • drafting and reviewing responsive pleadings
  • discovery and related litigation
  • appearing for hearings/depositions
  • keeping clients happy by regularly communicating with them

About 95% of the work we do at JT Legal Group is plaintiff's personal injury and about 5% is civil litigation.

Ideal candidate will have a PI background. The candidate will be handling Personal Injury Litigation case load.

Bonus structure.
Compensation: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
