Holland & Hart is seeking an Associate Attorney to join the firm in its Denver location.
Position Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have 2-4 of years of experience in traditional labor and employment experience, be strong writers, and possess excellent research and analytical skills. Preferred candidates will possess a strong academic background, have compelling law school experience (e.g., law review, law journal, etc.) and/or have judicial clerkship experience. We are seeking candidates who can take depositions, handle administrative hearings, and serve as second chair in trials. A federal clerkship is highly desired but not required.
Compensation and Expectations
Holland & Hart's compensation is merit-based—you'll be evaluated on your individual performance and achievements and on your contributions to the team's efforts. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $195,000 - $215,000.
Our generous bonus program rewards financial contributions and hard work and associates are also eligible for fee splits.
Holland & Hart expects associates to invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), in addition to at least 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
