JSH is seeking an Associate with 0-5+ years of litigation experience to join our General Liability practice in our Utah office. Prior experience in insurance defense is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of civil litigation and a desire to provide exceptional client service. Candidates must be highly motivated and have excellent academic credentials. Qualifications:
  • JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Utah
  • 0-5+ years of experience in civil litigation and/or insurance defense
  • Experience with discovery, disclosures, taking/defending depositions, drafting/arguing motions, and court appearances
  • Excellent client service, oral advocacy, and written communication skills
