The West Palm Beach office of Holland & Knight is seeking a Staff Attorney with 2-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, preferably involving fraud claims. The ideal candidate should have significant experience with litigation procedure, including responding to pleadings, drafting motions and experience managing all aspects of discovery. The candidate must have a strong academic background, good research and writing skills, and the ability and desire to interface directly with client representatives and opposing counsel. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, a commitment to client service, and the ability to appropriately prioritize matters is essential. Candidate must be licensed to practice and in good standing in Florida.
