The West Coast Litigation practice group of Holland & Knight has an immediate need for a litigation associate with 5+ years of experience for the Newport Beach office. The ideal candidate should have significant experience handling complex commercial disputes, including drafting motions, taking and defending depositions and managing e-discovery. Candidates should have a strong academic background, excellent research and writing skills, and must be very detail-oriented. California bar required. Holland & Knight's litigation department possesses a collegial atmosphere and provides its attorneys with tangible opportunities for professional growth and advancement. This position will be filled in California. In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position in this location is $365,000 - $435,000/yr. This range may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
