The Southern California offices of Holland & Knight LLP seek a mid-level associate to join its dynamic M&A and private equity practice. Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on M&A and private equity. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in M&A and private equity transactions. Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and business sense. Excellent academic credentials are required, and large national or international law firm experience is preferred. Job Requirements:
  • 4 to 6 years of experience
  • JD from an ABA Accredited Law School
  • Must be licensed or ready to become licensed to practice law in California.
  • This position may be filled in our Newport Beach, Century City, or Los Angeles offices. Candidate must reside near one of the aforementioned offices at or prior to the time of hire. We believe that there is significant value in working together in person and will expect the candidate to work in the office at least three business days per week.

This position may be filled in California. In accordance with applicable Pay Transparency Laws, the pay range for this position in this location is $310,000 – 390,000/yr. This range may not be applicable to other locations. An individual's actual compensation will depend on the individual's qualifications and experience.
