Wade Clark Mulcahy LLP (WCM), a dynamic and collegial law firm with offices in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Florida, and London, is seeking an experienced litigation associate to join our civil defense team in our Carle Place, NY office.

Position Overview:
We are looking for an attorney with 2+ years of civil defense litigation experience who is capable of independently managing a caseload and is skilled in:
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Drafting motions and appellate briefs
  • Preparing cases for trial
  • Engaging in all aspects of case strategy and client communication

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Strong analytical and legal writing skills
  • A proactive and organized approach to litigation
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A solid work ethic and commitment to client service
