The Financial Services Group of Holland & Knight is seeking a junior associate with approximately two to three years of legal experience to join its commercial finance practice in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in the documentation, negotiation, and closing of finance transactions, including asset-based, real estate, and/or cash flow loans.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong academic credentials, excellent drafting skills, and a high level of motivation and attention to detail. This role offers meaningful responsibility, hands-on training, and the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative and well-established team.
