Holland & Knight is seeking a mid-level associate for its Real Estate Finance group in Atlanta. Candidates must have 3-5 years of strong real estate experience including work in commercial real estate finance, lending and secured financing structures. Responsibilities include managing (with partner supervision) sophisticated transactions from inception to closing; drafting and negotiating financing instruments and other collateral documents. Experience with title, survey and other financing and corporate due diligence, as well as familiarity with landlord and tenant structures, is helpful.

Excellent academic credentials are required and large regional, national, or international law firm experience is preferred. Holland & Knight possesses a collegial atmosphere and provides its professionals with a large platform with tangible opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
