The San Francisco office of Mayer Brown LLP is seeking a senior associate or counsel with at least 5 years (JD 2020) of experience to join its growing Real Estate practice. Our practice handles a broad range and high volume of commercial real estate transactions, including representing institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds in all phases of the investment cycle as well as sophisticated lending transactions. Candidates should have experience in multiple areas of commercial real estate. Significant experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and financings is required. Joint venture experience would be a plus.
The salary for this position is $365,000 to $435,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate's skills and experience level are different from those specified above.
