We have an immediate opening in our Denver office for an Insolvency Associate with a minimum of four years of experience preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience with creditors' rights, commercial bankruptcy, workouts, receiverships, judicial and equitable foreclosures, and restructurings. In addition, experience with all aspects of litigation, including pre-judgment relief and post-judgment collections, is strongly preferred. The position will require significant in-person hearing and trial appearances and related travel. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Financial Services & Capital Markets business unit.
The candidate must have a strong academic record, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team, superior judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, comfort with rapid deadlines, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates should have an active Colorado bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible. We look for proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial individuals with varied backgrounds, interests, and experience for a diverse candidate pool.

Pursuant to applicable state laws, the compensation range for this position in Denver only is $225,000 to $275,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Associates are eligible for an Associate Performance Bonus and Client Development Bonus.
